Grandit Homes – A New Dimension in Institutional Build-to-Rent

Grandit Homes is the residential division of Gránit Asset Management, which entered the market in 2024 with its institutional rental housing concept. Our goal is to offer long-term, secure, modern, and comfortable housing solutions tailored to the needs of an urban lifestyle.

Our first project was launched in Budapest’s 11th district at Elite Park, involving the acquisition and professional management of a residential building comprising 110 newly built apartments. From the very beginning, Grandit Homes has successfully demonstrated that high-quality, flexible rental schemes offer a genuine alternative to homeownership. In 2025, our portfolio expanded further with the addition of 21 premium apartments at Zenit Residence in the 14th district.
