The apartments are available for a 12-month lease.

ID card, address card, proof of income, and a notarized declaration, the cost of which be covered by the tenant.

The rent covers the use of the apartment. It does not include the common charges (garbage collection, building insurance, garden maintenance, cleaning and lighting of common areas) or utility costs.

The security deposit is equivalent to 2 months’ rent, which serves as a guarantee for the protection of the apartment and its furnishings. In the case of moving in with a pet, a 3-month security deposit is required.

The invoice is sent via email on the first working day of every month, and the payment is due by the 10th day of the current month.
